Steve Famularo is a senior vice president and the east coast maritime lead for WSP USA. He is a professional engineer, certified commercial diver, and board-certified port engineer with over 26 years of experience in maritime engineering including underwater inspection, marine structure rehabilitation, service life evaluation, asset management system design, and design of piers, wharves, and bulkheads. He was the project manager and subject matter expert for the development of an asset management system to plan, manage, and report on the inspections of waterfront facilities throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC and has been the Engineer of Record for over $250 million in waterfront construction and rehabilitation, primarily in New York Harbor.

Steve is a member of the Moles, a fraternal organization of the heavy construction industry, and active participant in the local and national maritime engineering community though conference presentations, as well as author and presenter of a short course on wharf rehabilitation. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College and a master's degree in coastal engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
