Kim McEvoy has 20 years of professional experience with the NJDEP focused on project management, environmental remediation, and federal and state compliance. She has a bachelor of science in geoscience with a hydrology minor from Penn State University. Kim works with the project teams for both the Rebuild by Design Meadowlands and Hudson River Flood Protection projects within the Bureau of Flood Engineering and Climate Resilience Design. She previously managed the Hurricane Sandy Environmental and Historic Preservation Review Program for the State of New Jersey.
