Caleb Stratton is the chief resilience officer and assistant business administrator of Hoboken, New Jersey. He is responsible for orchestrating and executing municipal operations across seven departments and with a staff of over six hundred. He manages delivery of the city’s capital programs as well as implementation of the $230 million Rebuild by Design Hudson River (RBD-HR) flood risk reduction project. He holds two nationally recognized professional certifications through the American Planning Association and the American Society of Floodplain Managers as well as a license by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Planner. He has an undergraduate degree in urban planning from the University at Albany, and a master's in sustainability from the Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York.
